What Grandmind is for
Grandmind offers short games for memory, focus, speed, logic and spatial skills. It is recreation and practice, not a cognitive test, medical device, treatment or diagnostic service. Game results do not measure your health. We make no promise that playing will improve memory or prevent a medical condition.
Use the app at a pace that feels comfortable. Features such as Relaxed timing and Screen limit help you choose how to play.
Your agreement and licence
Your licence to the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement. These terms describe Grandmind's features and service arrangements alongside that licence. If a licence term conflicts, Apple's Standard EULA governs the app licence. Nothing here overrides rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
By using Grandmind, you agree to the terms that apply to your use. If you cannot enter an agreement on your own under applicable law, a parent or guardian must review and agree on your behalf. The app is not directed to children under 13.
Playing fairly
Use Grandmind lawfully and respect other players. Do not manipulate leaderboards, interfere with the app or its services, or try to access information belonging to someone else. Apple's terms also apply when you use Game Center, iCloud or the App Store.
Grandmind's artwork, design, text and software belong to their respective owners. Open-source components and bundled fonts keep their own licences. Your app licence does not transfer ownership of those materials.
Free features and Grandmind Pro
Some games and features are available without Pro. The app shows what is available and which features need Pro before you choose to purchase. Feature availability can change as the app develops; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
The App Store purchase sheet shows the actual offer, price, billing period, trial eligibility and any taxes before you confirm. Do not rely on an old screenshot or website example for the price.
Yearly Pro is an automatically renewing subscription. Apple bills the Apple Account used for the purchase. Manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings; cancel a trial at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want it to renew. Deleting Grandmind does not cancel a subscription. Trial offers apply only when Apple confirms eligibility.
Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription charge. “Lifetime” describes that purchase option; it is not a guarantee of uninterrupted service, compatibility with every future operating system or updates forever.
Use Restore purchases with the appropriate Apple Account to recover eligible entitlements. Family Sharing depends on the product's availability and Apple's eligibility rules. The app does not control Apple Accounts, payment authorization or refund decisions.
For cancellation, see Apple's subscription instructions. For an eligible refund request, see Apple's refund instructions. These terms do not limit refund rights granted by law.
Your progress and privacy
The Privacy policy explains local progress, optional iCloud sync, Game Center, Firebase usage analytics, purchases and feedback. Usage analytics is enabled by default and can be switched off in Settings → Privacy → Usage analytics without preventing play.
Progress can be affected by device changes, resets, storage limits or synchronization problems. Resetting statistics acts on the current device; other iCloud copies and Game Center scores can remain. We do not promise that game history or leaderboard positions will always be preserved.
You choose whether to share a result and where to send it. Only include information you are comfortable sharing.
Availability and other services
We may update Grandmind to fix issues or change features. The app and online features may sometimes be unavailable or incompatible with a device or operating-system version. Apple and Google operate their services independently, under their own terms; internet access may be required for purchases, syncing, leaderboards and analytics.
Any warranty exclusions, limits of liability and licence termination rules are those in Apple's Standard EULA, subject to applicable law. We do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when the app or its services change. This page will show the effective date. We will provide any additional notice required by law. If you do not agree to a change, you can stop using the app; separately cancel any renewing subscription through Apple if you wish to stop future billing.
